Canoe paddling on the Nea river
By paddling a canoe down the Nea river, you will experience nature up close. A local guide can take you down the river in approximately 3 hours. You will see the wonderful nature of Selbu and experience the avian life along the Nea.

Swimming
"Vikaengene" is an eldorado for swimming in Selbu, with 5 kilometers of beautiful sandy beachfront on the Selbu lake. Årsøya recreational park and the Selbu horse track are right nearby.
